Package Protection Coverage
1. Product Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during transit, our Click Coastal Package Protection (available for purchase) covers this. Simply initiate a claim within 72 hours of the expected delivery date, and our team will guide you through the process.
2. Product Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, our protection plan has you covered. Start a claim within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair.
Terms and Conditions
- Availability: Click Coastal Package Protection is available for purchase at checkout.
- Claims Period: Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
- Replacement Limit: Each eligible item is entitled to one replacement or repair.
- Image Requirement: Please provide a clear image of any damaged product when submitting a claim. Our Customer Support Team is available to assist.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order! If you need to return or exchange an item, our process is simple and hassle-free.
- Eligibility: Unused items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
- Health/Wellness Items: These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom Signs: Due to their personalized nature, we do not accept returns for custom signs. However, if there is a valid issue, such as damage or a defect, we will provide a replacement once a photo of the issue is submitted and verified by our team.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all eligible non-custom items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Email our Customer Support Team at hello@clickcoastal.com with:
- Your name, order number, and reason for the return/exchange.
- A picture of the defective or incorrect item, if applicable.
2. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, a return label will be sent to your email.
3. Return Shipping: Package your return and drop it off at a UPS facility using the return label provided. Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.
4. Once received at our warehouse, you can choose from the following options:
- Refund: Issued to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
- Replacement: Sent within 72 hours of receiving the returned item.
Missing Package Claims
If tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please provide a claim ID from the local delivery service. Once validated, we will send a replacement.
